my story

Years of experimentation with various media, only to mostly work digitally now because of the arthritis in my hands. I’ve been working professionally since 2013, and have been educated in art, design, sequential art, and art history.

my process

I have been making art and writing stories my whole life, with heavy influences from folklore, history, horror, and nature. I became disabled in 2014 due to a car wreck, and was further hindered in my mobility in 2023 due to psoriatic arthritis. I’m usually taking care of animals if I’m not trying to get my brain and body to let me create stuff.

experience

The process I usually go through is doing a ton of research, then sketching/outlining, then more researching, then restarting the sketch/story about ten times, and maybe I finish something eventually.
